    When do objections usually occur?

My 341 is over, and it went really well. I want to feel relieved and that everything is going to be ok, but I still feel nervous....like something is going to happen.

If there is an issue, when does it usually come up? During the 341? 2 weeks after? a month?

If you had a smooth 341 does that guarantee a smooth 60 day wait?

I wish I could say it's all over but the hamsterdance, but truth compels me to admit that it ain't over 'till it's over.

On the other hand, most of us do have an uneventful couple of months, ESPECIALLY "clear non-asset cases" like you and me. They just want to get us out of the system and get on to something more lucrative, right?

You're just having a spell of jitters. You're going to be okay.

Unfortunately a Creditor Objection can ocurr as late as day 59 of the 60. Though it is farely rare that a creditor will file an objection unless they feel like there has been some fraud involved such as running up a huge amount right before filing. This is why everyone is told to stop using the CCs and any kind of cash advances for a minimum of 90 days before filing, preferably 180.

HHM has a very good article on Creditor Objections elsewhere on this board, and I'd suggest reading through it if you are nervous.

You will probably come through just fine and be discharged on time. Then I'll send you the Hamsterdance.

      Good luck.
