PACER Status and discharge

I checked PACER today and we are flagged as awaiting discharge. However, we were stuck in Awaiting 341 meeting until 9/16, and our 341 meeting was on 7/28.

Our last day for objections based off of the 341 notice is 9/26. The lateness of our status update shouldn't affect our last day for objections/discharge, correct?

You should be fine. The discharge date is based on when the actual meeting takes place and not when pacer is updated. That is a long time though. Maybe they were backed up.
