so we went online to get credit reports from transunion and equifax because we got experian from their office since it was close by...we ran into a problem online both of my parents were not able to retrieve them it said unable to match identity and the only way to get one would be through mail and we had to send them a social security card copy/paystub/ and driver license copy...I dont know why it didnt show up. they got a experian credit report with no problems-but yet again that was in their real office. has anyone else had issues? I know its best to have all 3 but should we just risk it and just use the experian one?

This happened to me last week. I called the credit bureau and after verifying some info on the phone, the took the freeze off my credit report. I have no idea why mine were frozen and neither did they.
Make sure you have all info before you call, previous addresses including zip codes, car and home payment amounts, etc. They thoroughly verify all this info.
