Hello everyone! Been lurking around this site for months and I must say it is really refreshing to read and see that there's other people out there with the same financial problems. My wife and I were both hit with layoffs and health issues over the past 2 years and dug ourselves into a very deep hole. We filed chapter 7 in the beginning of June and our last day for objections (60 days) is coming up....October 6th! We're starting to get very excited and just keep praying every day that this works out for us. It will truly be the fresh start we're looking for in life and can't wait! My question for the forum is...how in the clear are we? Do creditors object in the last couple business days? We never had any questions from the BK Trustee (No distribution report finished) or any creditors....PERIOD. All seems quiet on the home front but I'm starting to freak out and get nervous something might happen. I'm remaining positive and keeping my fingers crossed.
