Wells Fargo got a relief from stay so they can start foreclosure. I have almost the same thing. It can take 276 days to foreclosure in PA. I am going to do everything i can to help steed that up

I am in PA too. I don't understand because we were 2 months behind and were caught up by the time the hearing was held....how can they do that?

You were to late, you need to be caught up BEFORE you FILE BK.

No...we had the 1st hearing for the Motion for Relief from Stay on Aug. 21st. The judge gave us 4 weeks to catch up the 2 months and the 2nd hearing was scheduled for Sept. 26th. We were caught up as of Sept. 26th!

In any event, you better file a Motion to Reconsider and attach proof that you made the payments.

Our Attorney said that we didn't need to go....he said they he would go and I'm guessing he did.

PA law state that before the foreclosure process can begin, the borrower must be at least 60 days late on payments...and we are not...we are caught up....so how can they foreclose?
