    Help

My father was ether in Chapter 11 or 7 approx 7 years ago and I am sure never paid back his creditors...He passed away last year but I never thought much about his will (one..it was really sad) but 2 I assumed that the creditors would just gobble it all up..I don't think he has much in his name but if he did should I pursue it since I am his heir. Is there a limitation to when creditors can stop asking for their money?

Sorry to hear the sad news. They shouldn't go after you. You are not your father. I believe, in this country, they can't go after the family of a debtor for collections. Just take whatever he left you and enjoy it.
