I surrendered my vehicle in my bk and now I am getting a letter stating that I owe a deficiency amount. Anyone have this happen to them? I thought since this was included in my bk that they could not charge me for this. If I could afford to pay then I wouldn't have surrendered the vehicle in the first place.
