    Objection question...

On 09/28 was 30 after our 341 meeting. For some reason I thought that trustee could only object to anything within 30 days. Yesterday, the trustee object to exemption and was listed what he is objecting about. A hearing is schedule. My question is...Can he object at any time? Do we have to go to the hearing or the lawyer alone is enough? What happen if I get a job and start working before the hearing?
    Thanks

The Trustee can file at any time before the 60 day wait period I believe. The courts are swamped really.

I'd contact your lawyer and ask, I do believe that you have to appear though. Sometimes lawyers can argue it such that the Trustee drops the objection before then. In looking for new work make sure that they know you have to be off that day just in case
