I have a credit card and my boyfriend at the time said he would co-sign for me. He is now my ex-boyfriend and he says he is going to take me to court if I dont get the card out of his name. Can he do this?
I need help.... What can I do?

Taking you to court won't do anything.
He could get you off by paying the balance due and canceling the card.....

He wont pay it off because he has never used the card. He doesnt even have a card. I have one card and I receive the bill and I pay it and use the card. There is nothing he can do?

Well honestly for your own benefit it would probably be better to pay off the card and cancel it. Then open another card.
They will not allow the account to be closed or a co signer to be removed without the balance first being zero though. Basically if he took it to court since he co signed a judge could in theory order each of you to pay half the bill.

I'm assuming he co signed for it so if he did so then they have his signature....
