Taking money from checking acount?

I'll probably end up trying to go BK in the next couple months or so. I'm $18K in debt on two CC's...B of A and Chase. I bank with a small local bank. Can the Cc companies take any money out of my checking account? I'm self employed and the account is my business account.

First they have to sue you, or get a default judgment if you don't appear in court. That default judgment will give them the right to rob you blind, if they know where and who you bank with.
