    Guilty

Yesterday, Oct. 3 - exactly 13 years after being found not guilty for supposedly murdering his ex wife Nicole and Ron Goldman, OJ Simpson was found guilty in Las Vegas on several counts.
    Possible sentence-20 years.
I guess no luck in Vegas.

What you mean, "no luck". IMO call it Karma. 13th year, to the day of.... and guilty of MURDER. No not on this trial but he got the sentence 13 years later than he should have. MY OPINION. 'Hub

God has a way to punish. We may not understand it, but all his egotistical golf games, and women, etc. He may be more inclined to miss. I sure do hope he is shacked up with a beefy new age skinhead, Nazi homo. I am sure he won't enjoy that as much as he enjoyed cutting the head off of his ex and killing a boy with good intentions of bliss. I'm not unpleased, can you tell?

          Hub Hub Hub

I am not religious, but if I were, I would think that God does not punish anyone.

It is Karma all right, though and about time! I feel badly for the kids.

Newsreports mentioned that when he is sent to prison it won't be into the general population mix (murderers, rapists) because what he was convicted of were not of the violent nature.

From my experience, having worked as the Librarian specialist in a state prison for three years, O. J. may well be released into the general population. Unless he is a former police officer, or a child rapist, both of whom the general population tend to abhor, there is absolutely no reason in these charges to segregate him.

Now, should the C.O.s attempt to segregate him due to his celebrity status, the Nevada DOC will be having many preferential lawsuits from incarcerated people and their famlies on their hands.

I understand what you are saying about his kids but they lost their mother thanks to their father so it's not like this recent conviction is something new to them. They can visit him on Sundays. Maybe he will make them each a souvenir vanity license plate so they have something to remember him by.

Got that right Hub, he is the epitome of evil. Only ones that suffer are the kids, no mother and a no good father.

I remember clearly after O. J. was acquitted of Nicole Brown Simpson's murder 13 years ago. Some commentator on some program either radio or TV, made the remark [paraphrasing] about their daughter Sydney, then pre-teen: "Some day that child is going to grow up and become a young woman and needing and wanting a mother in her young adult years, is going to at some point, confront her father and DEMAND to know what actually happened to her mother."

Sadly [my opinion now] there will be no explanation. A sociopath has no conscience and no soul. Everything is and always will be about that own person and his well-being, everybody and everything else be damned.

One of the reasons mentioned that he might not be sent into the general population is that he's 61, almost 62 years old.

The jerk got away with 2 gruesome, horrific murders. He should have crawled into a hole somewhere and lived an almost non existent life.

Sweet justice... a little late and maybe his punishment wont really fit his crimes. But I do have faith that the soap in HIS shower will be falling to the floor. Not so tough anymore is he!
