We filed Ch. 7 on Sept. 30th and have yet to hear from our attorney regarding our 341 date & time. Will this be on PACER or will we be notified by mail? We can call our attorney, but I am curious about the above as well.

My 341 date and time was assigned the same day I filed and it happened so quickly I figured it was automatically assigned.
The "Order Combined With Notice of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case, Meeting of Creditors & Deadlines" that gets sent to everyone has the 341 Date and time on it and it'll show up on PACER.
I did eventually get the notice in the mail and another copy from my attorney but it was a week later.
Checking PACER has helped me stay on top of my case better than they attorney has done.Discharged November 2008 100 days after filing no-asset Chapter 7. We intended to let a two-year-old vehicle go back to the bank and reaffirm an inexpensive ten-year-old SUV and our home mortgage. In the end we surrendered ALL of our vehicles and reaffirmed NOTHING. We'll "ride through" our mortgage after the court ruled it an undue hardship. -
Thank you for answering. I am one of those people that hates to not know every detail as soon as it's available. We just filed less than a week ago but yet I really want to know the court date. The legal assistant did say that she would have it the next day, we just never called. Our bad. You'll probably get a letter from the Court/Trustee within the next week, and I think it may be on it from what I remember but yeah should be on PACER.May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.Comment
