Hi sleepless in Ohio, I am in the same position you are. We are filing due to job loss, I've been unemployed for almost a year now. I'm north of Dayton and we are using a lawyer in the Dayton area I'm very happy with him so far and feel very comfortable talking to him, I've met him 3 times now and we will be filing with him later this month.
