Any personal experiences or referrals you might be able to give? We live near ORANGE CA and are just about ready (hopefully) to start this process due to job loss.
hey I am in OC too....I really recommend that you get a local lawyer that you can easily access. There are a lot of offices off irvine blvd in tustin/santa ana border which you can look intoo. But in Orange there is this one firm I looked into which was doan associates but that firm just seems like paralegals doing the work for you and I don't know we opted to go to a real local attorney which costs more but I mean you have more face time with the actual lawyer..I don't even know if our lawyer is a good one yet tho bec we are still in the pre stages of the paper work-its been about 3 weeks since we have signed him, so I don't want to recommend something I don't know well. Its really hard to find lawyer reviews in this area...but I will keep you updated!
Mike Nicastro in Anaheim is great - he is a consumer guy and knows the judges well. He is an unfront guy and good to work with - I would highly recommend him. He will get the job done and will not mess with your future.
