We filed Chap. 7 recently on Sept. 30th. Today we got our information in the mail which explains everything and tells us our 341 date. The paperwork did say that we need to mail the Trustee paycheck stubs from the last 60 days and our most recent taxes. Since we have an attorney is this something he will do or do we need to do it? My husband is calling tomorrow to ask, but I am curious NOW.

Run EVERYTHING through your attorney. That is what you are paying him for. The ONLY time you are required to directly answer the Trustee is when you are sweared in at your 341 hearing.
Trustees send out basically form letters to everyone, which includes those filing without an attorney.
