Our slimeball mortgage company reported us 30 days late, we were never late. anyway we disputed with all 3 and surprise, surprise they are came back verified. I tried to redispute with Exp and got the infamous we have already investigated. I went ahead and redisputed with Trans union and then tried to do the same with Equifax, well when I try it doesn't give me an option to choose "this account was never late" so does this mean that they corrected Equifax??
I did send a letter to the BBB amd the attorney general, so maybe that worked and Exp and TU just haven't fixed it yet?

( this account was never late they held the payment posting in a suspended account but managed to take it out of our checking account right on time, besides the orginal creditor was never reaffirmed and was included in BK7 and discharged so I know that is a direct violation with the BK laws and FCRA but I haven't taken that route yet, was just trying to get the incorrect late removed since it reports paid as agreed)
