So I went on to myfico.com today to check and see how my scores have been affected from the filing and such. Needless to say, my scores went from 710 to 540. I filed CH7 on Sept. 1st and my 341 meeting was on Monday and I hoped that everything would show IIB. However, two of my three Chase accounts still show 30 days late and have the balance still showing. The last one shows IIB. My mortgage is also showing the balance as well. How long does it typically take for everything to turn over to IIB?

My experience was similar. Most accounts reported correctly within a few weeks. I pulled my credit reports around the time of my 341 and disputed the few accounts that were wrong. Already today, all my accounts are reporting IIB and $0.
I fully expect things to change in the future until the dust settles, but it seemed effective to make the disputes.Discharged November 2008 100 days after filing no-asset Chapter 7. We intended to let a two-year-old vehicle go back to the bank and reaffirm an inexpensive ten-year-old SUV and our home mortgage. In the end we surrendered ALL of our vehicles and reaffirmed NOTHING. We'll "ride through" our mortgage after the court ruled it an undue hardship.
