Notice of Relief of Stay

Hi Guys, maybe I put this in the wrong section. Do any of you have experience with this? Thanks.

I looked at Pacer and listed after my RND is a few docs from my mortgage company NOTICE OF FILING OF A MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM AUTOMATIC STAY.

From reading through here, this is normal for me surrendering the house? (it looks scary!)

Do I do nothing about the filings?

I want to call the mortgage company today and tell them I will give them the keys. Does anyone have advice on what I should say? Or do something different? I plan on moving out in a week or so.

Yea, reading through here, it's normal. They're just trying to continue foreclosure movements on you. I'd say let them do what they're going to do. I believe it just relieves their stay, not anyone else's.

I got one of those and the Mortgage company wont talk to you until after they get the relief it's normal the Judge will sign it. then you can talk to them.
I just got my cure notice today if you are letting it go into foreclosure you don't have to do anything but hang on.
My mortgage company asked me to try to sell it and to stay in the house until they ask me to leave
After the judge signs the relief from stay and you talk to them be prepaird they are going to talk you into a deal

Thanks so much! I am leaving the house, so I guess I call and tell them that, give them a forwarding address even though they don't want to discuss the foreclosure yet?

it's up to you. I did a post over in the foreclosure section HHM said you don't need to do anything.
I'm just waitingot get enough money together to move. and sign a lease we really just want to get out of here and be done with it
