Creditors stopped calling?

Hello we are almost on our way we have our appointment this week to sign on the RED dotted line... to file... funny though our creditiors haven't called us in the past two weeks .. Citi financial has transfered our acct with a brand new acct number..which I thought was a little odd.. but we are still going through with it all just in case .. I think that after this new law goes into effect that the creditors may get more Agressive ..
with there demanding of payment or even with there liens maybe more lawsuits because they no it is harder.. that is my oppinion anyways what do you think?
