I'm filling out the forms to give to my lawyer. I have three accounts with Swiss Colony, Seventh avenue, and Ginny's. All are mail order catalogs of things I purchased as Christmas gifts last December. Where do I list these on the forms? Since I gave them as gifts can they still try to get me to turn the items back to them?
Also, I have Thrift Savings Plan at my job for our Retirement, do I list that under "Retirement Funds" because all it list is to circle one of these (401K,IRA, Keogh,and ESOP.)
Also how do I put the value of our clothing under personal property?
