reaffirmation to Best Buy anyone?

Just received a reaffirmation agreement in the mail from Best Buy. I called our attorney (legal Helpers) and asked why we received this as we never agreed to reaff. Best Buy. They told us everyone in our district Middle District Florida, received this and not to worry about it. So we did not sign it and disagreed to it and sent it back and now I see a Notice of Appearance from their attorney? What does this mean to our discharge and how can they do this when we haven't used that card in a year at least. There was a balance on the card but not that high as some of the other cars.

Best Buy may have something in their contract that says that if you buy something it is a secured perches. So what they were asking you is if you want to reaffirm the loan for the item. You may have more chooses reaffirm, return or redeem. It’s something like when you buy a car. Do you know what you purchased on the card? What is it worth you can offer to redeem it and pay what its worth. Garage sale pricing I redeemed a ring they wanted $600 for I offered $100 they took it.
