I too have USAA. 2 credit cards, personal loan and car loan. We will see what happens when I file.

We had 2 USAA CC a piece and a personal loan and we just had our 341 and no objections. Will tell you this is that they will cancel your access to online banking and if you have insurance with USAA they will not renew it when time comes to renew. Plan on finding another bank as well. When we told them we had filed, they cut our access off the very next day.

we do have house insurance with them and life insurance on me, will they cancel those?

We had auto insurance and renter's insurance, was told they would not renew them when our renewal in December came around.

We have our auto and renter insurance through USAA, as well as two CCs; and we fully expected them not to renew our policies; but we've been renewed twice since we filed, plus we added a car to our policy. I've heard the state you're in can make a difference (we're in CA).

On the other hand, we haven't had online access to USAA since we stopped making payments on our CCs. It's a bit of a pain to handle everything over the phone but we manage.

will they cut us off if she still keeps the card with USAA and is current?
