    done in 10 days?

Our lawyer told us that most attorneys take a while to get everything done. She said she gets everything done in 10 days because she doesn't like to deal with it and wants to be done. So does that mean maybe we won't go 60 days like most on here? I am wondering if she schedules the 341 10 days later or so too?

No, I wish it was that simple. Your attorney is telling you that she will have your paperwork done in ten days and be ready to file. She has no control over when the 341 is scheduled. Then you will wait the 60 days for creditors to object after you have your 341 meeting.

Be wary though, if she is pushing through your paperwork in ten days, and she has many other clients that she is doing the same for, watch diligently for errors.

    Good luck.

The 60 days has nothing to do with your lawyer. She doesn't schedule the 341 the trustee or court does. It will be over before you know it.
