Ch 13 plan payment due date - question

Example:

Filed October 15. "Payment due within 30 days."

Payment order states: Payments to commence on November 1. All payments due by the 25th of the month.


Am I okay as long as I pay by November 25? That's the way I understand the payment letter, but that is actually more than 30 days from filing.

You need to pay before November 15th, all of your subsequent payments are due before the 25th but the law is clear on the first payment.
