    ok am I missing something?????

Hi folks, I checked up on Pacer and saw that my final decree had been issued and my Pro Se chapter 7 no asset case was closed. Now did I miss something when I read about the procedures of bankruptcy???? I honestly thought that when my final decree was issued I would have a list of the debts that were or were discharged..............so am I right in assuming that the only way I find out is by getting my credit report? It just seems that this final process is a little bizarre because doesn't the judge have to decide which debts to erase or not and if this is the case then you would think there would be a list of the creditors to discharged...........I would appreciate it if someone who has finished their bankruptcy could clarify this for me. Thanks

The list you provided in your matrix is your list. Your original petition and schedules is what you will use along with your discharge order to clear up anything not IIB on your credit report. The only things that will not be discharged are things like taxes, student loans, etc. I am sure you have seen full lists of nondischargable debt in other areas of this forum. Unless you received specific notice from the court that one of the creditors objected to the dischargability of a certain debt. You should be good to go. Congrats.

Everything on your matrix will be discharged that’s it your done. Your CR should show everything you included as included in discharge. The Judge doesn't have anything to do with your credit report and doesn't pick what debt gets discharged.
      Enjoy your fresh start.

PS send a copy of your discharge and matrix to the CREDIT BUROS
