    Reviewing Schedule F( Credit matrix)

I found out that my credit matrix was missing 5 creditors to the tune of $3,449. Here is what I did. My attorneys office missed 4. Fortunately my attorneys office sent me a adobe document of what was going to be filed. So, I caught this prior to filing. Now, paralegals are human just like us and they really don't know your( our) finances like we do.

    So,
To protect yourself create a spreadsheet of all of your creditors with acct's #, and the amount you owe you plan on submitting to your attorney. I did this presented it to my attorney to enter into the matrix.

Now the next benefit.. is when you check your Schedule F you can print your spreadsheet. Start on the schedule from top to bottom and put a check mark next to the creditors name, account #, address, amount owed and one last check mark at the end of the sheet. Everything should match and be included.

After you have reached the end of your schedule F you should be able to look at your printed spreadsheet and find a check mark at the end of each creditor. If they are not all checked.. Your attorney's office may have missed a creditor.

This may seem simple.. but if it helps one person I am happy.

Yes, you can always update after file. However, we don't want to waste more money on fees. In the end spend the time on the front end and we will all be better off.
