    a question from newcomer

First, I'd like to thank everybody who's contributing in any way to this site. I've been following the posts for a little over a month and have learned a bunch.

However, I have a question possibly not addressed here yet. regarding objections to discharge, I have everything down except:

I have card accounts that have been open for about 7 months (I have only made 6 payments on them). one is maxed out at around $8000.00 and another is $9000 out of $17000 limit. Im current on these two accounts. However, I'm in default of some older accounts. I'm a self-employed engineer in cnstruction industry and my business has been hardly hit especially in the past two months. I seriously am having a tough time making any payments besides mortgage and car loans.

HERE IS MY QUESTION: can there be objections from CC companies if accounts are rather new and lack such a long payment history? I'd heard from somebody that under a minimum of 12 monthly payments ( one full year) would be considered fraud. should I continue making payments somehow if I plan to include them in a future bankruptcy? would you please enlighten me on this matter so I won't dig myself any deeper in trouble!
