ok, so i've learned a TON on this site. but now i've got a new question i need answered. DH is currently on u/e benefits. He accepted a job today that is straight commision. He can still collect his benefits if he doesn't earn any money.
My question is this. IF for some reason he they don't allow him to collect his u/e benefits, how would a the income be calculated for a brand new straight commision job on step 2 of the means test. (we fail using step 1, but we pass using step 2 including his u/e income)
