Sure looks to me like you are discharged and closed!!! Congrats! For the flags listing, it looks to me like maybe you had a previous bankruptcy?? I am clearly NO expert, but that is what came to mind for me....it was a repeat bankruptcy with a previous discharge.
In any event, looks like you are in awesome shape!!!!
