My 341 is in 2 weeks and 6 days... yes I am counting down, we filed chapter 7 Household of 5.... 2 daughters in full time college and one age 8 , we have heard nothing other than the letter telling us where to go for the meeting and to bring license and SS.
at the meeting what is the possbility of then or in the days after the meeting the trustee saying we do not accept your daughters as household and we are making it a chapter 13? anyone have this? schedule J shows -749 daughters are on taxes.... Just wondering when i can relax about it def being a chapter 7...

If you can't use the kids who are in college as dependents in your income tax filing, you won't be able to use them as members of the household, either.

but i do use the kids

they are my legal dependants on my taxes
