anyone else have to write a narrative letter

341 trustee requested it to explain why we got to this stage... I am not sure how all this works.. does this look bad for me? also can the US trustee still request stuff we have 2 1/2 weeks till 341.

First, I would love to write a letter, sometimes marketing works better than the facts to get you to your intended goal.

Secondly, if you have an attorney, get their advice as to this request.

i have no idea which he is

they just sent me a letter that he had faxed to them like a checklist i think he is the panel trustee as when i search for him on the US trustee program his name comes up under this...

Wow - never heard of this. Kinda weird!!! If I had to write a letter of explanation it would be quite long, 'cause we were hit with a pretty weird situation. But thank God I didn't have to do that!!

That's nuts!! I had to write a letter to my employer explaining how I got here, but not for the trustee.

Are you filiing a 7 with a lot of unsecured debt and no assetts? Maybe they want to see where it all went.

Just blame the economy - high gas prices, high food prices, your pay not keeping up with inflation, etc.
These trustees live in the same world as you.
