    Student loan eligibility

I recently decided to file ch7 BK and will be signing paperwork and officially filing papers within the next couple of weeks. I am currently in school and have received student loans (government subsidized) for the past year. My loanshave all been with Bank of America. My lawyer said to include Bank of America on my list of creditors and that they would receive notice of the bankruptcy although the debt couldn't be discharged. My question is do you think that I will have problems with future loan eligibility with BofA? My school has a list of about 10 different banks to choose for a loan provider. Should I change over to a different bank just to be safe? My only issue would be having to complete the promissary paperwork all over again and receiving bills from two different sources once my loans are in repayment. Thanks in advance for your help.

It shouldn't be a problem, your credit is an irrelevant factor when granting government subsidized student loans.
