Thank you to all my forum friends for the information that I have gained on this site. Tomorrow 11/26 is my turn for the 341. I'm not nervous as I type this right now, but who knows how I will feel when it is my turn. My appointment is at 1:00pm. I promise to post my outcome. Keep us in your thoughts please.

You'll be fine tomorrow. I think everyone that first comes to this board is nervous about the "unknown 341 meeting", but once you hang out here and read, read, read, you realize that most 341 are a breeze (there are a few horror stories too, but lets not focus on those
) and last less than 5 minutes. Good Luck tomorrow!!! Keep us posted.

When I first found this site, I was freaked out about EVERYTHING, including them possibly taking my wedding ring. I won't be wearing it tomorrow and will wear a simple band instead. We are keeping 2 houses and 2 cars. My primary residence and a condo that my mother-in law lives in. She makes the payment - she couldn't qualify so we bought it. We MUST be able to keep her place or she will be forced to come live with me...Lord help me!

Yes I read you PM and I replied. If I can be of any encouragement, I want you to know that I stressed like a crazy woman worrying about that 341. Now since it is over, I wonder why?? I had so many sleepless nights for what? 4-5 minutes of "yes" or "no" answers and we were out the door with it being over. I wish I had filed a year ago instead of trying to juggle my bills and play the "rob peter to pay paul" game.

I am very happy for you. I am like you now. i am going crazy, i have not slept well since we started thinking about this. We got out paperwork on Friday and i'm stressing worrying about what they will take.
