Finding creditors?

We met with the lawyer today and he gave us the paperwork to fill out and I am in the process of collecting all the info of our debtors. Did you pull up credit reports? The lawyer said we could but it might not all be on there. I have some old accounts and were just going to call the OC to get the info, as I don't remember if we paid them off or where they are or the status of them. I just don't want to miss any debt. I'm racking my brain trying to figure out what oustanding debt we still have. Any ideas. How much do they CR cost. 6 would be costly I'm assuming. Whats the best way to get them? As we don't have tons of time.

Also how far back do you go? I have some accounts from over the SOL should i still list them if I know we never paid them off?

You can get a free copy of your credit report once a year from the three bureaus atannualcreditreport.com. Also, I would list all creditors even if they are SOL.

Thanks, So if it is SOL or been charged off it really doesn't matter? But if i list them it covers me just incase?

Yep That's what I did.
