I could use some encouragement. Does anyone have a success story? I am looking for a story about someone that had a massive amount of federal and state tax debt and a massive amount of credit card debt, and it all worked out in the end and they are living happily ever after. Anyone out there? Details? Thanks.

well i am not a success story yet except i am 50k in the hole, stopped paying in dec of 2007 and was never sued for any of my debts.

Search the older threads, tons of success stories. People with massive cc debt, businesses gone under, heavy gambling and shopping addicts, all discharged.

Taxes are more complicated since the ability to discharge them depends on when you filed them.
