we were given Reaffirmation papers by the lawyer for once of our cars, we want to keep it, we owe about what it is worth. it is newish and under warranty. I aksed the paralegal about maybe getting the interst rate down and going to 72 months she said that happens after reafirmation... well what incentive do they have if I already signed....? she said it might not fly anyway as schedule J is negative but do I ask for those rate drops before or after?
