I have a loan with an outfit called " The studnet loan people" KLSC
I understand that student loans are not dischargeable except in certain circumstances.
I think that they are dischargeable if they are not federally insured.
I have searched high and low and cannot determine wether or not my loan is federally guaranteed.
I am going to call them Monday and ask but I was hoping that someone here might have some excperience with these.
The loan is for about $36,000.
