    How firm are all of these dates? 341 meeting etc

    I filed on Nov. 21, and I see on PACER that these events will follow soon after:

    341 Meeting 01/05/2009 at 12:30 PM
    Financial Mgt Course 02/19/2009
    Objection to Discharge Due 03/06/2009

    Do you suppose all of these dates are firm or might be moved?
    Just wondering what others have for experience.

    If I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.

      However your 341 meeting date and time is very very certain unless for some reason your attorney puts in a motion to reschedule (unlikely)
