I am going to pay my balance to my lawyer this Wednesday or Thursday and they want to file me right away. I guess creditors have been getting defensive because my lawyer has been telling them since August that I will be filing soon.

Ive been busy in the past week getting my mortgages and deeds, credit report(s), last 2 years taxes, etc... I already had my credit counseling about 3 weeks ago.

Wish me luck please!!

I paid my lawyer off Wednedsay 12-3, turned in all of my papers (past 2 year taxes, checkstubs, etc etc) Thursday 12-4.

I should be filing for chapter 7 this week, Im going to call the lawyer tomorrow and see. Thanks everybody!
