Had MY 341 Meeting Today

Hi to all ...just wanted to thank everyone for there posting i would be a wreck with out it

Had my 341 meeting at 1:00 pm today within ten minutes my wife and i were sitting down with our attorney and him and the trustee were chatting and smiling good sign i guess...

She first asked for our ids and ss cards and raise your hand and we stated our names and addresses then she ask which one of us would speak for the both i choose to do the talking....everything was like everyone one here has posted all yes no questions no grilling at all ...

but she told my attonery she needed a paystub from sept and my recent mortgage statement i thought he had all that so she gave him a 12/23 date to i guess give her those documents then my attonery said in front of us that we didnt have to be there for that date...i guess it just for him to give her what she was missing....it lasted all but 3 minutes..and we were out of there ...we had to leave so my attonery said he would call me...does anybody see any problems i dont think a missing pay stub and mortage statement should be any reasons to worry should it.....

once again thanks to everyone on here for there great support....i guess it 60 days from now....

Sounds like everthing went well. Good for you and thanks for telling your story. i wondered if we would both have to awnser the questions or just one of us. Kinda like they need us both to say the same thing. LOL To much TV i guess. Trying to trip us up. :) I wondered if the attorney would be there. Makes me fill better we arent there alone. Of course we are paying him the big bucks. LOL
