    Question about Creditor Matrix

I am getting ready to file pro se on Dec. 11th.

I have a pending lawsuit. Cap One sued me. I am including Cap One and their attorney on the matrix, but was wondering if I had to include the court as well? I did list the lawsuit on the Statement of Financial Affairs, but I wasn't sure if I should include it on the matrix.

Also, when filing pro se, does the court notify the creditors or do I need to send them out something as well?

Thanks in advance for any information!
Filed Ch. 7 Pro Se: 12/11/08
    341 Meeting: 1/7/09
Trustee's Report of No Distribution: 1/9/09
    Discharged: 3/10/09

I don't think it is necessary to list the court on the matrix but you may want to notify them anyway so they are aware of the filing..
Yes, the court sends notice of your filing to all of the creditors on the matrix.
