Garnishments after filing--new creditor

Filed and accepted plan as of Mar07. 5 year plan.

Had a divorce contempt of court ruling against me to pay ex and her atty fees. No problem, but if they want it all right now, as ordered, and wont take payments, can they get a garnishment of my pay, even tho I am in Ch13

The contempt ruling is a recent case, everything transpired after BK was filed and confirmed.

I wonder if they will have to wait until your plan is over since this is happening after the filing. I mean they cant add it to your current payments or make adjuctments since it was not part of the 13 plan.

Did the actual divorce come after you filed? not that it matters now, just curious as to how/when it happened.
