Is it best to try for a mod before filing, or what until the mtg co has the stay lifted and then try to work something out?
Also if you need the full mtg pymt to pass the means test, I know you have to be current on the mtg, however does anything change the BK if you default after you file (or after the 341)? Can that pymt amount be removed from you schedules?
