Survived the 341

I had my 341 meeting today. Nothing out of the oridinary was asked except about me being "married." I am NOT married!....lol....The trustee almost gave me a heart attack and then realized he misread something. All went well. I guess I am on my way now. Thanks to all who have helped me get this far and for the continuing support I am sure I will need over the next 59 months.

Chapter 13 sucks but I have to look at the alternative......wage garnishment would have been far worse. Now I am able to wake each morning knowing my bank account wont be seized, my wages won't be garnished and I've rid myself of some additional bills and old taxes.

BTW, if you don't mind me asking...how close to your "estimated" payment to your actual Trustee payment? I read over a few of your previous posts and you were concerned about being confirmed at such a low payment.
