Well, before I took my midwest hike, I did a couple of online payday loans. (sheesh!) well, of course I stopped paying and then dropped out of sight.
While out of sight, I did get my credit reports. None of them list the 2 loans. How would I go about finding them? I am simply wanting to cover all bases when getting the info to lawyer.

I'm actually surprised they haven't found you! :D
Try googling the name they used when withdrawing funds...should be on a bank statement. If you wrote a check, then try googling who endorsed it. Does your bank let you see check images online?

Well, first of all, the bank that I used then, was left with a -$2,000+ balance, luckily, it was nothing but bank fees (Not actual cash) So I could possibly go to them and ask for ledger copies.
It's also been nearly 2 years, memory not being good anymore. And these were "electronic" debts, not actual checks.
I might also point out, that when I did a "buy here, Pay here" auto loan (since defaulted on) I wasn't even contacted by them.
Maybe they closed shop????:clapping:
