that's who we have our 80% loan through and we jsut got a relief from stay letter. I'm just wondering if anyone has ever dealt with them and how long they typically take (should I start packing now?)

No, you don't need to pack right now. You could have as little as a few months though. Depending on what state you live in may depend on the timeline. I believe if you do a simple Goggle search "(Your State) Foreclosure Timeline", you may find the average timeframe of foreclosure.
I would begin the process of looking for another place, if you haven't already done so.Bankruptcy History:
