    Translation, please?

Just checked Pacer and saw this:

Trustee's Report of No Distribution/No Asset: The trustee of this estate reports that: (i) (s)he has concluded the meeting of creditors, (ii) (s)he has neither received nor paid any money on account of this estate and has made diligent inquiry regarding all property of this estate, and (iii) there are no assets of this estate which are not either inconsequential in value, burdensome to the estate, or would be reasonable to administer and have value over and above the exemptions claimed by the debtor.

I am reading this to mean that I don't anyone anything. That all debts will be discharged. I am surrendering my home but the foreclosure proceedings have not started yet. I know that the lender (same lender has my first and second mortgages) will incur costs associated with foreclosing, clearing out, maintaining, and selling my home - are those included in the bankruptcy even though they didn't accrue prior to or during the bankruptcy?

I also have a tax return coming to me next year for 2007 taxes. Does this report mean I get to keep it all? Thanks for any help!

RND I learned here is GREAT!

Yes they are all included. And yes you keep refund. No asset case.

On my RND question, I got a fabulous answer:

From what I understand, keeping your taxes is not a slam dunk. It depends on your district. Ask your attorney. Some Trustees look to get your next taxes, others do not.

FINALLY DISCHARGED 92 DAYS AFTER THE 341! A NEW START!!!
