If you are under the income and do not have to worry about the income level, does it matter how you spend your paychecks? I ask because we are under the income amount for the last 6 months-we plan on filing in January so they would look at July to December income, correct? Our paychecks are not being spent on anything except rent and utlities and the rest into a IRA we just started(it is exempt) I wondered if it matters where our money goes or if they could careless as long as your under the income limit?

okiemom, I'm from Tulsa, Oklahoma and just had my 341 meeting. They didn't even look at my bank statement. I was under the median income as well.

I would not worry about it.
