    wow. so mch for me trying to rebuild credit ...they shouldent be allowed to do this for thoes that are current and up to date with thier accounts

        Defeats the whole purpose of the so-called bailout plan - which was supposed to provide more credit, loosen credit - so the economy can grow. Of course these greedy, sleazy bankers will now have bigger yachts, more private planes.
        It's time for Congress to grill these bums the same way they grilled the automakers' bosses when they went begging for bailout mula.

            Yeah but this post is mainly for credit cards. We don't need the 2 trillion in credit card debt. That's what brought some of us to this situation in the first place.

            You're correct about every other statement
