    Secured debt question's from a n00b :)

Thanks in advance for any input.

Unless you sign a reaffirmation agreement with Best Buy and/or Dell the debts will be discharged. If you are in possession of collateral for these debts and you decide to stop making payments, they MAY want the collateral surrendered. Are you sure these are "secured debts" or did you purchase the items with a Best Buy and/or Dell credit card account?

          LOL, yes Newbie.

Didnt sign anything, my lawyer refered to them as secured along with a
water softener loan. More than willing to give stuff back if they want it.

          Thanks for the info!

            So...
            What happend with this?
I have simular debt but haven't filed yet..Should I focus on paying down Dell, Sears and Home Depot before I file?
